Early-access notice. Updated 1 November 2026.
AlwaysThere is an A2E-Tech product for businesses preparing outreach and follow-up. Each customer has a separate workspace. This notice covers AlwaysThere, its public website and its customer portal at my.alwayshere.com.au.
Live outreach is paused. Campaign examples and simulated conversations are labelled. Connecting a real account is a separate choice and can allow read-only access to real information.
Information you give us
We handle the information you enter to create an account, set up a workspace and use the available features. This can include your email address, business information, campaign drafts, confirmed preferences and connection settings. The service also keeps security, access and operation records needed to run the workspace and investigate problems.
If you use the contact form, we collect your email address, request type, message and optional workspace name. We use those details to handle your request. Sending the form does not subscribe you to marketing. Please leave out passwords, access tokens, identity documents, financial records and information about other people that is not needed.
Google connections are your choice
Calendar, Gmail and Contacts are separate connections. Each feature asks for its own read-only permissions through Google's authorisation screen. You can choose which features to connect; creating an AlwaysThere account does not connect a Google account.
- Calendar: read calendar lists, events and availability for the calendar feature. The connection does not grant permission to create or change events.
- Gmail: read mailbox metadata for the mail feature. The requested access does not permit sending messages or reading message bodies.
- Contacts: read saved contact details for the contacts feature. A contact record is not evidence of marketing consent.
We use Google account information only to provide the feature you choose. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. Google data is not a shared source of leads for other customers.
Saved connection tokens are encrypted and tied to the customer, authorised user and feature. They are kept on the server and are not returned in a workspace's connection status. You can revoke access through your Google account's connections settings. Revoking permission stops future authorised access; contact us if you also want retained workspace information reviewed or removed.
Business storage and service providers
The early-access production design uses business workspace storage in Sydney and Supabase Auth for account sign-in in Sydney. We will not describe a connection or deployment as verified until its checks are complete. Sydney storage does not mean every connected provider processes information only in Australia.
Google provides the optional Google account connections. Resend and Telnyx support the email and phone connection preparation. These providers have their own service terms, processing locations and privacy practices. The current AlwaysThere application keeps live message sending, dialing and calendar writes disabled.
Call recording is not enabled in the current phone preparation. No live call, recording or full conversation transcript is promised by a connection check. Any future change to recording or live processing needs clear configuration and notices before use.
Access, retention and deletion
Workspace access is limited by account membership and role. Customer information and saved connections are separated between workspaces. We retain information needed to provide the service, maintain security and handle outstanding requests. We do not promise an automatic deletion schedule that has not been implemented.
You can ask to access, correct or delete information through the contact and privacy request form. We may need to verify your identity and authority for a workspace before acting. A request receipt confirms that the request was saved; it does not mean that access, correction or deletion is already complete. We will review requests and explain any information needed to proceed.
Cookies and this website
This public website does not load advertising trackers, third-party analytics or external fonts. The customer portal uses account and security mechanisms needed for sign-in and workspace access. Our hosting providers may keep operational logs, such as request times and IP addresses.
Questions or changes
Use the contact form for privacy questions or support. This notice may change as early-access features change; the date above identifies the current version. A future capability should not be inferred from this notice or an illustrative workflow.
